1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Glow Up ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Glow Up offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any subscription period, partial or otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes do not affect existing billing periods.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • Glow Up uses custom artificial intelligence to generate beauty recommendations, image transformations, and personalized advice.
  • AI-generated content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional medical, dermatological, or cosmetic advice.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
  • You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on AI recommendations.
  • AI-generated images are artistic interpretations and may not represent achievable or realistic results.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or manipulate the AI systems.
  • You may not use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
  • You may not share, redistribute, or sell AI-generated content as your own professional service.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by Glow Up and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Photos you upload remain your property. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI systems.
  • AI-generated transformations and recommendations are provided for your personal use.
  • You may share your AI-generated content on social media with attribution to Glow Up.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for results obtained from following AI-generated advice or recommendations.

8. Termination & Governing Law

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
